You can filter by the qualities that matter most to you, and they provide valuable information for your future child.

They also contain handwritten notes from donors, donor interviews, and thoughts and impressions from our staff who have met the donor in person. These resources offer a more personal insight into the donor’s personality.
Comprehensive donor screening
As a part of the egg donation process, all our potential egg donors undergo a comprehensive screening process before approval. This includes medical, genetic, fertility and psychological evaluations.
By examining each applicant’s family medical history, testing for hereditary and contagious diseases and assessing fertility health, we ensure we can provide healthy, high-quality eggs. Psychological interviews are conducted to ensure applicants are suitable donors.

Choosing an egg donor can feel both exciting and challenging. Our Photo Match helps you narrow your search by showing you donors with a physical resemblance to you or a loved one. Simply upload a high-resolution image of the person you want matched to, and Photo Match will do the rest.
The tool uses advanced technology to find similarities between the person in your image and our donors. For this comparison, we use images of our donors as adults that are not publicly available.
The ID Release process
At European Egg Bank, all our egg donors are ID release donors. This means donor-conceived individuals can request some of their donor’s identifying information when they reach a certain age.
